My second visit to holiday inn, the niu, keg hamburg ost by ihg was fantastic! The quirky decor added a fun touch and the spacious room exceeded my expectations on this family holiday. Having free beer for not changing the bedding was a cool bonus and the location near u-bahn made exploring super convenient.

the air conditioning didn't cool the room.

Liked particularly nice views.

The hotel was in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location, minutes from a supermarket and shopping malls. We were moved to a double room and had a personal safe, central heating, and a TV.

Everything was good, really enjoyed our very comfortable stay. Our double room was complete with great bed, a handicap shower, a working AC. The breakfast was great with a wide range of goodies. The service here was welcoming.

The hotel is conveniently located near the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. With five kids, we appreciated the spaciousness of our room and the fast-free WiFi. And a Smart TV was a hit for movie nights!

My wife says that the room key card was a hassle, often malfunctioning each day, annoying for our family.
